Title: Identification Request: Italian Painted Flowers and Leaves Paperweight

Hello everyone!
I am new to the whole world of paperweights and have been trying my hardest to figure out any information about this weight. As you can see, the flowers and leaves look painted and not millefiori. Any help would be greatly appreciated and my apologies if this this isn't the correct way to seek help.

Can you post a photo of the base, dimensions are always useful too, how wide is it?

It would also be useful to see a couple of side views - one straight on and one at an angle of about 45 degrees.

The floral parts are most likely lampwork.
