I don't really know if it is Strathearn, could be an early one but I'm no paperweight expert! ;)

Mosty likely Strathearn, but in the later years of Vasart Ltd, before becoming Strathearn Glass, similar looking weights were made.

For completeness, I would like to see two more photos ... straight-on profile view and angled view of the base to show the finish.

Also, what are the dimensions?

Is that base a Vasart base?
