Title: Probably Czech bubbly topaz bowl with blue center for ID

Hi, could somebody please help me with identification of this bowl ? I bought it on czech online bazaar 2 years ago, weights 3,3 kg, diameter 33 cm, height 6,5 cm, with polished base.
