Hi All,
Trying to track down some illustrations (5?) of Sowerby Venetian glass in the Catalogue for Christies sale of the Parkington Collection in 1998 - probably in the second half of the sale. I believe the catalogue was in two parts and they were in part 2.
I have tried on-line and with Abebooks but cannot find this catalogue and wondered if anybody has one and would be prepared to share the illustrations to help provide some on-line content I am preparing on SV?
If anybody has any other images/photos of Sowerby Venetian they are prepared to share, they would be VERY gratefully received :) :) :)
Grateful for any guidance. My mobile is 07831 350277 if that helps.
Michael.

I've found 1997, Part 1 on Amazon (also Parkington), but why not contact Christies itself?
There was an eBay listing here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371086645469, so you could try contacting the seller to see if it's still available.

Hi,
part II has two pieces of Venetian ware - lot 300 an olive green tinted jug and lot 301 green tinted miniature vase - try searching Christies on line - sometimes you get pictures searching through Google than Christies direct - try both. The pictures in the catalogue are only small - you can email me if you can't find them online!
Modified to add: 2 lots but 5 pieces in total
