Title: Bride's Basket?

Am I right that this is the glass part of a Victorian Bride's basket?  Were these made everywhere or is there a chance to find the maker? The lenght of the sides is ca. 12 cm. Thank you for any comment!

A bride's basket is an American term and these were probably sold with or without metal stands. Bohemia seems a good option, though it's unlikely you'll find a maker
