2.5 inches tall, small polished pontil mark, English ? maybe S&W's ?

I put a bid on that little lot, small world, the best piece in it, very nice.

The threading would make me veer more towards English, though perhaps not S&W. You could email Marinka (Heartofglass) and ask her what she thought.

Chris, do you mean on the piece I bought ? as I got that from a stall at 'Antiques for Everyone' big joke that was, cameo fleur £760, pate de verre £6000 !  :o

Yes it was at fielding auction Saturday in a box with six other things, I missed out on almost everything I bid on, there was a lovely rainbow threaded bowl in there too, I've got two peloton vases that one of yours felt different, smoother than the two which I have which are more raised across the surface.

Maybe that's where the dealer got it then, still can't get over how expensive everything was there, don't think I'll be going back !  ::)

Just thought I'd add a picture of a couple of peloton rose bowls I have. I wouldn't know it these were English or bohemian?
