Hi. Picked this up at an estate sale a couple of weekends ago. Measures 8 3/16" H x W 7" W
  Any ideas on maker? Thanks!

Aw how cute - a tulip vase in glass. Never seen one before, I thought they only come in porcelain and pottery.

Not a clue whodunnit, of course....
