HUGE Centerpiece Dish ~ Murano Glass? Measures 20" x 14.5" x 5" tall
Weighs 11 lbs! What are your thoughts as to maker, time frame?

It could be Fratelli Toso bowl as he made some ones with Feet / Footed that I have seen.  Just a suggestion
