Title: Modern? vase with thick blue trails

Tall vase (25cm) main body is clear with thick globular blue trails around the outer, the base has a center circle that is frosted looking.
Most likely modern but does anyone know different.
Any ideas appreciated.

It reminds me of the vases found on page 12 here

What initially made me look up that link was this thread

Where that vase was eventually identified as Gorgeous Designs China
hence the link to the catalogue.

I'm not entirely sure the base on yours is the same though so it may well be a studio piece or from elsewhere :)
