Title: Clichy Flower Paperweight? ID = Baccarat

Hi.
Yes it does look bad but it's not as bad as it looks.
If you look beyond the light scratches it has, it is beautiful.
It's approx. 2.25ins or 6cms across by 2ins 5cms high and for it's small size it weighs 430gms.
On the base is a 16 point star.
As usual for my weights it's not signed as I can find.
Please look at the photo's, as usual any advice is welcome.
