Title: Glass vase with only partial hallmark.. What is it?

I just picked up this pretty vase, but cannot make out the complete paper hallmark..  It appears the partial word is "STPAC" as I cannot read the first one or two letters, and then the word "Japan".   The vase is 7" tall, with the base 2-3/4" wide.  The rim width is 3-1/4" at its widest point, and weighs 8.8 oz.  Any information would be greatly appreciated..  Thanks,  Lori

Here is the best pic I could get...  Hope it helps... "Japan" is listed under the partial word..

I suspect Westpac is an importer or a wholesaler.
