Title: Murano Label - does anyone recognize this

The label shown here was on a Murano pedestal paperweight.  I can't read it.  Has anyone seen this label before and who is the maker or importer?  Thanks.

I would punt for an importer or sales sticker.

Looks like "?ESTandGIFT" across the middle and the top edge says "...81 Fifth Avenue" as far as I can tell.
