Title: Carnival Glass Balloon or Octopus - Pattern Help. ID = Sowerby Pineapple
Post by: meltdown on December 17, 2015, 10:07:14 AM
Hello, just wondering if somebody could help identify this piece of carnival glass please?

It looks like a balloon with ribbons or could be an octopus (it has eight legs!).

Many thanks,

Thank you so much!  I have been searching this website's patterns all morning, did not think for a moment it was a pineapple!

Many many thanks, have a lovely Christmas xx

And there are even some other websites (mine for example) that feature Carnival Glass!

This will take you directly to our Sowerby Gallery where you can see some lovely examples of Sowerby's Pineapple pattern.
