Title: Help please with Czech glass paperwight signature

A friend has these two paperweights with blue centre and Bullicante. They have labels and a signature but we cannot fathom out the signature.  Can anyone help please?

the label is Princ and if I'm not mistaken there is information on the board about them.

Could it be that the 2nd image, the one with the signature, is upside down?

It looks a little like they are perfumes missing stoppers.

Or perhaps oil burners but without the wicks and wick holders.
