Title: mottled green flared rim vase impressed seal. ID = Island Studio Glass, Guernsey

Hoping someone may recognise this small (8.5 cms ) vase .It appears to have a rectangular impressed seal over button on base. Have added photos of seal but to be honest have no idea which way round this should be. I did wonder about Isle of Wight but that's just a guess.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated, John
