Yes, great work indeed.
I think his murrine are just as good as, and often better than, the portrait murrine from the likes of Franchini, Morreti, Barovier of 19th century Murano.
And maybe he has now progressed generally to a point where he is doing for glass artists what Paul Stankard did for paperweight making in the early 1970s.

and he's just a great guy as well. He does lots of teaching and sharing of techniques with many students. I've seen him work many times and he just keeps amazing me. In his workshops he demo's over 12 hours a day and has an amazing amount of energy.

TanToday, any chance that the weight photo could be added as a direct upload here (using the attach feature) as a permanent record? Hosting site pics have a habit of disappearing over time.
