Title: Murano glass case? Mystery signature, can't identify it. #3

I would appreciate any information as to who this artist is.  I cannot decipher the signature.  I have posted a wide-shot photo of the vase and a close up of the signature.  Many thanks.

is the first name Henry?  the whole thing looks like Henry Laine to me.
But not checked and don't know if this is right.
Actually could be Henry Levine
