Title: Four leaf golden amber Webbs ? Whitefriars? vase help please.

Any thoughts on this one, it's really well made, has a nice ring, polished pontil and wear to the base.  I'm thinking webbs and maybe 1920's? but that's just a wild guess.
9 1/2 inches in height, 4 inches across the rim and 3 inches across the base.
