Title: Millefiori Apple

I bought this millefiori apple several months ago and would like to know more about it.  It is about 4" tall and 4" in diameter and rather heavy.  Any information about where and when it was made and its value would be appreciated.

May be by the same maker as mine.  But who that is I have no clue.
