 Maybe Rudolf Beranek ?
It has a similar look to my bowl here

Hi, pattern 5953 should weigh about 1.9KG. It appeared in CGR November? 11/1965, Jan Beranek. It is very similar to other designs with three spaces for cigarettes, including one by Rudolf Beranek,
