Title: Unusual Blenko Decanter ?

I'm pretty confident this is Blenko, based on pontil, ground neck, color and design quality.  However, I cannot find images of this form online.  Any info would be appreciated.

Hi is it possible to load your pictures to 600x400 pixels please?  this should fit within the 125kb guidelines and ensure the photo can enlarge enough for anyone viewing to see any detail on the piece.

A base shot photo would be helpful as well.  In the event that it turns out not to be Blenko, these could help id the item.  Apart from actual the design of the piece (mainly the stopper) and the teal? colour prunts, all the other identifiers you have mentioned might also be applicable to other makers I think.
