VSL didn't have this model in their range.

Perhaps I've mentioned it before but pieces signed 'Belge' and 'Fait en Belgique' were produced abroad, imported and marked thus to avoid import taxes. In the south east of Belgium only, there were already 35-40 manufacturers at the time but it is not known who imported these mentioned pieces for now, but they can be traced back to Walther and Inwald, for instance. Good examples of this misunderstanding are the vases Luxor and the Inwald vase with tulips, very often attributed/sold as VSL.
