Bought this vase described as Victorian opaline, it stands approx. 13.5 inches high and has a satin finish to the outside except for the ruffled rim, the inside and under the base is a polished finish.... it has a pontil mark and glows very brightly under UV. Any ideas on an ID appreciated please
