Title: ID Request - Possible Scandinavian Vase with Label & Signature.

Hello Everyone,
could anyone help me track down the maker of this Stylish mid Century Vase, it Has an "R" Label and is also signed to the base. it looks Scandinavian to me.

Could the signature be Milton??
