Well my camera is having real problems photographing this one, it has an outer thin coating that has scratched through in places and is uneven, the pontil looks machine made and the base looks to have been polished flat before the coating was as added. It has a bevelled upper and inner rim with a good base wear ring. It reminds me of a small walsh tumbler I have somewhere, it's been around a while as the outer surface is worn.
The whole thing has a carnival glass look to it.
15 inches in height, 5 inches across the rim and 6 inches across the base.
