Hi All,
I recently bought the attached at a small fair in Yorkshire. The dealer was insistent that it is French. I think Scottish. Does anybody recognise it. The size is c1 3/4 ins

Welcome to the GMB.

Might be Scottish, but the canes look rather "frilly" to me and therefore may not be Scottish.

More photos might help - side view (straight on) and base view (at an angle).

Hi.  Looks like a typical Strathearn mini to me, with fire polished base.
