Title: Help identifying unusual vase - ID = Dartington Innovate

Hi there - can anyone help identify the piece in the attached pictures? It really is gorgeous but has no stickers or identifying marks. Someone said it might be Scandinavian, but I can't readily find anything similar.  I have a feeling an expert will know straight away!!

 Dartington  iirc having seen one with a label - I'll need to find the thread of mine to give any further information.

My thread here -it was a Dartington Innovate vase and the ebay link had one with a label.
