Although the signature is slightly different from signatures on my weights - this may have changed over the years: have a look at Remi's Glass (http://glasremis.lt/glass-art-products/) in Lithuania, producing this type of paperweight (http://glasremis.lt/glass-art-design/stiklo-gaminys-se-8-15/).
