Title: Riihimäen paper weight

Solid cast crystal paperweight (or is it a trophy?) with a transparent Riimäen Lasi sticker on the side. I am unable to find anything even remotely like it. Does anyone know who, why, what or when?

Clueless here, there were a few different labels used, maybe a rough when could be guessed at.
