Title: Please help - Art glass bud vase, ID help needed.

I am seeking assistance.  This art-glass vase in nice condition and tall.  It stands 11-3/4" high, the base (at the widest point) is 2-1/2" wide. 

It is similar to a Nils Landberg Sommerso Orrefors vase I have - but even under magnification I cannot locate any maker information.

Is the base polished flat or is there a shallow depression?

Perhaps one of the 'smaller' Scandinavian glass makers, companies like Strombergshyttan, Johansfors and Sea Glasbruk all made vases in a similar style.
