Title: Hearts and Vines Paperweight? Any ideas of age or maker?

Hi, I was told that this paperweight may be called Hearts & Vines.  It is a deep opaque blue with the hearts and vines in yellow.  There is no signature or markings on it.  There is hairline crack in the body and a patina or film on the top surface that I can not clean off.  Does anyone have an idea of the weights age or maker?

I would have said this was Lundberg Studio. But I thought they always signed their pieces. Maybe not?
