I bought this nice paperweight today in an antique shop in Las Vegas. To my untrained eye it looks like an antique 19th century weight, but I am clueless as to a maker.
Dimensions are only estimated - diameter 8cm, height 5cm. Has a wide stand ring to the base, with lots of scratches, and a polished indentation in the center.
Any help highly appreciated as usual (and sorry for the crappy pics, only have my phone with me).

Polite bump ;)
Is is at least possible to tell if this is an older paperweight?
Thanks,

Hi. I think it is probably 100 years old, maybe more. The style is Old English or Belgian, but I do not recognise the maker of the canes. My best guess is 'unknown Belgian factory'.

Hi Alan, thank you so much for your opinion, very much appreciated!
I am happy with either old English or Belgian :)
