Title: Possible Venini vase (Ruiz/Ruis signed)

I was told that this may be a Venini vase by Alejandro Ruiz (Ruis).

11 1/2" tall
4" wide at rim
3 1/2" wide at base
No mold marks, ground base, very rough pontil
Weight = 2.0 lbs.

Any information on this piece would be appreciated.

Venini and an unfinished pontil mark and no Venini signature is -to put it mildly- as improbable as it gets.   Maybe you can ask him directly....

Alejandro Ruiz is a designer. He has collaborated with the studio Venini. So it may be that he is the author, whilst Venini furnace is executor of work.
