Title: Z V in rectangle. Fantastic Cut Vase. 14" . Czech? Zvarc?

Dearest All,

I have found the attached and have been unable so far to ascertain who it is by. Fantastic cut, 14 " high, Z V in rectangle etch to base of vase. I have found the same as per below.

Can anybody shed any light on who it might be by. Zvarc?
