Title: Victorian - Green to Yellow - Pressed!

Dear All,

could anybody shed further light on this piece please. I believe it to be Victorian approx 4" high.

It's not pressed for a start. You can't press anything where the top is narrower than the base because you can't get the plunger out. It's mould blown with hand applied frilly bits. Victorian is probably about right though
