Looking for help identifying this piece of glassware. Apothecary Jar possibly?

Your image is too small to see detail. You are permitted up to 125Kb per image and a 700 pixel size for the longest dimension would give a good image for detail. Hiya. Strange shape, but certainly no apothecary jar which are not usually found with garish gilding and enamel.

It is a decorative glass from Bohemia (90%) or Italy (10%) in a technique the Italians call "terzo fuoco", three times fired. It is made in three operations, hence the name.

There were - and are- many companies using this technique and they are fiendishly difficult to attribute.
