Title: Can anyone please help identifying this glass piece. - ID = Hora Skrdlovice

Can anyone please help identifying this glass piece. Probably Murano. its not signed and has sommerso technic. approx 20cm hight and 2.5KG it had some kind of jellyfish kind of art work imbedded into the glass.
