Title: Millefiori paperweight - please help id. ID = Ysart Brothers

Please can you help id the maker or country or time-line, or anything about my millefiori paperweight, it is a tad over 3" diameter and looks quite old and has a feint bubbly ghost layer you can only see at some angles. Thank you.

Just  guess - could it be Scottish - Ysart Brothers (Vasart)  ???
