Can someone please help me identifying this wine glass? beautiful green color .

Your photos are way too small to see relevant detail.  You need to make the photos size to near 125kB.  Most resize programs work out to about 600x600 pixels(give or take).

Also my first impression is that it is modern and unless it is marked on the base in some way it is unlikely you will get a definite attribution.
