Title: Bernsdorf, but is it technically Carnival glass?
Post by: Della on July 09, 2016, 01:02:33 PM

I know it's Bernsdorf, as I found it on Pamela's site, (thank you, Pamela  :-* ), but as only the fish is iridised, is it actually classed as Carnival? The glass itself is actually clear, but the iridisation makes the whole dish look peach  :-\

TIA,
Della

Yes it's carnival but it's not Bernsdorf according to Glen, it's Polish and Golden Carp by Zabkowice.. Scroll down http://www.carnivalglassworldwide.com/golden-treasures.html

Thank you, both. I looked at Glen's site too  ::)

It must be an age thing! :P

It's a glasses thing, not an age thing, Della.
I don't admit to any age things - apart from what my age actually is, and that only because I enjoy the surprise that I made it this far, every time.
I didn't expect to make it beyond 30. ;D
