Title: Signature on Glass Perfume Bottle.ID = Joel Bloomberg

Hi,
Does anyone recognize this signature? 

To me, first name looks like Josh or Jack, and last name looks like it starts with a B and ends with y, z, or g.  I've searched under perfume bottle with Jack, John, and Josh, and also for oil spot perfume bottle.  There are also 4 numbers etched on the underside, which are just hard to decipher.  Last one looks like it could be a European 7.

Photos of marks have been enhanced with contrast.

Joel Bloomberg prbbably?

Thank you, Flying Free!!  That appears to be it.  I looked at some of his other pieces and saw very similar signatures, and also saw a couple of pieces with very similar design.  Thanks again, much appreciated.  I'll be sharing this info on the ebay boards, where I had also asked.
