Title: ID Help: Two Chalcedony and Lumb Glass Style Fish. ID = Adriano Dalla Valentina

My father purchased these fish back in 1999 from an importer in Florida. He has no other information other than fuzzy speculation about the artist's heritage being that of Milan. If anyone has any ideas or information, it would be greatly appreciated!
