Can you please help me identifying this plate?

Hi mhogewind, welcome to the Board.

It would be helpful if you could show pics of the whole plate, the underside (for base finish) and another of the signature, but the other way up.

HI Kevin. thanks for reply. The webside was to limmited for another picture. but I,ll try another. the outer boarder is about 1 cm thick and scubbed (waves),
