Title: Flower bowl manufacturer maybe Sowerby ? ID = Sowerby, 2566

Any ideas of the factory maker of this conical flower bowl decorated with 2 imp ? like forms on either side.
Stands on 4 feet and is just under 5 inches tall with a rim dia of 6.5 inches I looked through the glass gallery but could not see anything.

Just found the item in 20th century glass  item 2566 vase and holder list 35-04 Sowerbys Ellison glassworks limited.
