Just sharing my latest find  ;D A HUGE Luxval VSL fish it measures 9" high and 7" across and weighs a whopping 7lbs..

I bet you're thrilled with it and I so understand that.
I've been looking at the image in the catalogue for years, not knowing it's so big until I once came across a description of it.

Is it in good condition and  can I use the image for my Pinterest page please? ;D

Yes of course you can...it has small sliver chip under base..I will probably post it on my pinterest page later ☺

Just to add some info on this piece ... the statue is called 'The Carp', designed by Charles Graffart in 1932, added to the Luxval catalogue in December 1933 and in 1935 and 1936.

It was available in clear glass in several colours,  in a plain version like ours and partially satin finish, and they're not signed.

It was exhibited for instance, at the Rotary sponsored VSL exhibition in 1987 from which I've got a exhibition catalogue and it's illustrated in there as well (no copyright mentioned).
