Title: Blue "bubbly" vase with prunt. ID = Biot

Can anybody help with identifying this vase. The main part of the vase looks similar to Stevens & Williams "bubbly" glass but the prunt is unfamiliar. It has a slightly rough pontil mark. Thanks

Biot glass would be my first guess for this type of glass.......
