Title: Pale blue hooped vase

Hi i recently found this at  a car boot and seems to be of a Scandinavian type design, does anyone have an ideas as to maker/designer. It measures 8"/20cm high. There are no markings on the base. Many thanks for any info.

It looks like a Ryd one i had some time ago, google hooped vase and you will see hundreds of different shapes.
