Title: Tall 8" amber wine goblet with twisted stem??

Hi all just to pick your brains....

I have come across a wonderfull elegant wine goblet standing 8" tall
it has a twisted stem and feels of a quality make, it is quite heavy and is hand blown.

Please can anyone identify this piece and help with any info or links

These are usually either Empoli or Czech but hard to pin down
