Title: Can anyone help with the maker and signatures on this vase please

The vase is a black maybe amethyst with some clear glass at the base going about halfway up the sides. It is 7" tall 6" at the top and 1 1/2 at the base. The base is not polished and has a signature. It is heavy weighing over 3 lbs.
