Title: 15" yellow art glass with backward trumpet neck

I was wondering if anyone can give me any more information on this piece? I know it's vintage. Looks like empoli diamond optic art glass (but I really am just learning and have no clue).
I have attached pictures. What other info would help?

Sorry it took some time to resize the photos on my phone so I can upload here. Glass lip is 1/4" thick and base is 5" across and 7" where it balloons out. 6" across at the top with a 2.5" opening.
